At our spa, we adhere to strict regulations to create a joyful atmosphere where our experts can fully focus on meeting your needs. We highly value your collaboration and sincerely hope that you have a delightful experience with us.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT – To allow enough time for check-in and intake paperwork, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your first session. DELAYED ARRIVAL – While we will make every effort to accommodate your entire appointment if you arrive late, the service time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Abbreviated treatments will be charged at the regular rate.
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS – We have a cancellation policy in place for all Procedures, requiring a 24-hour notice. Late cancellations will incur a charge of $50.
PRICES & PROMOTIONS - At VIOLETA MED SPA, we are committed to expanding our services and utilizing the latest technology to serve you better. While we strive to keep our spa menu and website updated, please be aware that prices, services, and products are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. If you qualify for multiple discounts, we will apply the one with the greater value at the time of purchase. As we specialize in elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance, and all prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. Gift cards from VIOLETA MED SPA can be used for any service or product we offer, with a few limitations. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
REFUNDS - At VIOLETA MED SPA, we do not provide refunds for services rendered, regardless of your satisfaction with the outcome. For products purchased, refunds are only available in cases where there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. In such instances, we will provide in-store credit if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase. Defective products, like those with broken pumps, can be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, prescription products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to federal regulations.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Please ensure you keep your personal belongings with you at all times during your visit to VIOLETA MED SPA, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT – To maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep conversations at a low volume and silence your cell phone during your visit.
PROVIDER REQUESTS – While we understand that you may have preferences regarding your treatment provider, we may not always be able to accommodate special requests due to unforeseen schedule changes, vacations, or illnesses.
PRACTICE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP – At VIOLETA MED SPA, we value our relationship with you; however, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We prioritize transparency in all our treatments and products, and our team will only recommend options that are medically suitable and beneficial for you.
